Appointment of Executive and Non-Executive Director
Wey Education (AIM: WEY), the educational services group, announces that it has today made two further appointments to its Board.
Esther Clark has been appointed as Executive Director of Marketing. Esther joined Wey Education on 10 March 2020.
Esther initially joined the group as Director of Marketing (Designate), and following successful completion of her probationary period, she now joins the Wey Board. Esther is an international executive with 15 years' experience leading marketing, communications, external relations and partnerships with start-ups, scale-ups, global firms, government organisations and, most recently, international schools.
Annika Small has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and will take up her post on 4 January 2021.
Annika has more than 30 years' experience leading private and public sector organisations using digital technology to drive positive social change. In 2018, she received an OBE for services to social innovation and digital technology. She is currently Chair of the University of Chichester and a Trustee of the John Ellerman Foundation.
The following details in relation to the appointment of Esther Merle Clark, aged 43, are disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules:
