Director Appointment

Altona (AIM: ANR) is pleased to announce that Robert Hales has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Hales, who has been a partner at E J Hales for the past 24 years, joins the Board as a representative of the Placees who participated in the Placing announced on 13 October 2017.

Nick Lyth, Chief Executive Officer of Altona, commented: "We are delighted to welcome Robert to the Board. Other than myself, the present Board are all located outside Europe and I particularly welcome an additional UK based director as Altona commences on the next phase of its development."
