Director Appointment

Northbridge, the industrial services and rental company, announces that further to the announcement of 12 March 2021, it has appointed Christopher Caldwell as a Director of the Group with immediate effect.

Chris joined Crestchic Loadbanks, a subsidiary of Northbridge, in 2008 as Rental Manager and since then he has held the position of Rental Director and most recently Managing Director. He also sits on the Association of Manufacturers of Power Systems ("AMPS") council as a Director and is Chair of the marketing committee. Prior to joining Crestchic he worked at Selwood Limited as a Specialist Products Business Manager, and SLD Pumps Limited as National Operations Director.

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Harris, Executive Chairman, said:

His experience in and knowledge of the Company and the industry as well as his background in electrical engineering brings valuable expertise to the Board and help us work towards the ongoing execution of our long-term strategy for continuing profitable growth."

Save for the information set out below, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of the appointment of Christopher James Caldwell. Mr Caldwell, aged 56, has an interest in the share capital of the Company holding 4,140 shares personally and his wife holds 10,000 shares, additionally Mr Caldwell holds 217,000 options in the Company.
