Director appointment

C H Bailey Plc ("the Company" of "the Group"), the diverse group of businesses, with investments and operations around the world in Leisure, Property principally in Tanzania and Malta and a UK engineering business, is pleased to announce that David Wilkinson has joined the board as a non-executive director of the Company. As David was appointed pursuant to Article 22.2 of the Articles of Association, he holds office until the AGM at which time, he retires and will stand for re-election. Subject to election, David will join the Board as a Non-Executive Chairman following the Company's annual general meeting on 8 September 2015.

David has been with Ernst & Young (E&Y) for over 35 years and a partner for the last 24 years. He has been based in London and Bristol and was responsible for creating the E&Y entrepreneur of the year awards and specialised in helping companies grow and carry out corporate transactions, including acquisitions and flotation projects.
