Director appointment
The Board of CareTech is pleased to announce that Christa Iris Echtle, has been appointed to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
The following disclosures are made in accordance with the AIM Rules.

Firstpoint Healthcare Limited of which Christa Iris Echtle was a director is in administrative receivership. Christa Iris Echtle resigned in July 2007 prior to the company's sale in October 2007. Firstpoint Healthcare Limited went into administration in October 2007.
Harrogate Management Limited of which Christa Iris Echtle was a director was placed into administration in November 2004 and dissolved in January 2007.
There are no further matters in connection with the appointment of Christa Iris Echtle to be disclosed under Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
