Director Appointment

Cradle Arc (AIM: CRA), the African focused base and precious metals exploration and production company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Oscar Ernst Kirkovits to the Board of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Oscar Ernst Kirkovits began his career at Knight Vinke Asset Management in Monaco, an activist hedge fund investing in deep value, large cap companies primarily in the energy, infrastructure, financial and retail sectors. Becoming a private investor, his focus shifted in 2017 to small cap companies, mainly operating in the resource sector. Mr Kirkovits holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics and Social Sciences from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, as well as a Master's degree in Finance from the International University of Monaco, with a specialisation in Hedge Funds and Private Equity. Moreover, he is a certified stock exchange trader at the Vienna Stock Exchange.

Mr Kirkovits (aged 27) is interested in 64,342 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03% of the Company's issued share capital.

There is no other information that is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies.
