Director Appointment

Golden Saint (AIM:GSR) announces that the Company has today appointed Mr Stephen Alan Ledger (aged 37), to the board of the Company ("Board") as a Non-Executive Director. Stephen will also remain as Company Secretary to Golden Saint, a position to which he was appointed on admission of the Company to trading on AIM.

Stephen has international commercial business experience within Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Stephen qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia in 2001, following which he held a number of finance related positions in financial services firms including Friends Provident (2001 to 2002), Halifax Bank of Scotland (2002 to 2003) and Zurich Financial Services (2003 to 2004). Between December 2006 and December 2009 Stephen held the position of Head of Tax (Western Australia) for MLC Limited (National Australia Bank) following which he was the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for Shree Minerals Limited (April 2008 to July 2011) and New World Energy Limited (January 2009 to June 2013). Stephen founded Ledger Corporate Pty Ltd (the business of which formerly traded within Ledger Capital Pty Ltd) in 2003 where he provides commercial advisory and compliance services to clients ranging from private to large publicly listed companies in a variety of specialist areas including: corporate restructuring and transactions, corporate finance, domestic and international tax advisory, financial control, management, and governance. Stephen is currently a non-executive director for ArcelorMittal Projects Australia Pty Ltd.

As a Non-Executive Director Stephen will also serve on the Company's audit, remuneration and AIM committees.

Stephen Ledger does not currently hold any ordinary shares in the Company.
