Director Appointment

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited (LSE:OCN) announces that it has appointed Caroline Foulger to join the Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective June 1, 2020. Ms Foulger is resident in Bermuda, a Chartered Accountant and experienced company director on boards of both listed and unlisted companies, including Hiscox Ltd for whom she chairs the Audit Committee and Oakley Capital Investments Limited where she holds the role of Non-Executive Chair. Ms Foulger spent the bulk of her executive career as a partner with PwC Bermuda where, until 2012, she led the insurance and government practice areas. She has been a non-executive director since retiring from PwC in December 2012 and in addition to the above roles has chaired or been a member of each of governance, remuneration and risk committees.

At the date of this announcement, Caroline Foulger holds 5,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in Ocean Wilsons representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
