Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14, Kazakhmys PLC announces that Philip Aiken, non-executive director and senior independent director, is a non-executive director of Miclyn Express Offshore Limited, which has recently been admitted to the Official List of the Australian Securities Exchange Limited, and is a non-executive director of Essar Energy plc, which has recently been admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.
