HML Holdings plc, a leading provider of residential property management, insurance and ancillary services, today announces the appointment of Anand Verma to the Board as a non-executive director.

Director Appointment

Anand has over 20 years' experience in digital and technology businesses. He remains the CEO of Brilliant Basics, an award-winning Digital Design and Innovation company that he founded in 2012, following its sale to Infosys in 2017. Anand also leads Infosys' Digital Services in Europe and helps clients on their digital transformation journey. He has built a successful career on delivering innovative digital products and services that help clients maximise their digital investment. Prior to starting Brilliant Basics, Anand held senior executive roles in various Multinational Corporations including President and CEO at Interpublic Group (IPG) leading IPG Mediabrands ventures in EMEA and Senior Director at SapientNitro.
