Director Appointment

MBL is pleased to announce that it has appointed Peter Palframan to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. With a distinguished career spanning 45-years, Mr Palframan has held senior positions on a number of Boards, both public and private, including fully listed, private equity and venture capitalist backed. He has also represented major banks.

Information in respect of Mr Palframan, as required by Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, is set out below.

Mr Palframan was appointed a director of Terminus 1 Limited (previously called the Polestar Company Limited), a printing business as part of its restructuring. Terminus 1 Limited was put into voluntary administration in August 2011 and was subsequently liquidated in August 2012. There were no criticisms/findings against Mr Palframan in relation to this matter.
