Darty plc - Director Appointment

Darty plc announces that it has today appointed Eric Knight as a non-executive director, effective immediately.

Notes: There are no details to be disclosed under Sections 9.6.13 R(1) to (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules in respect of Mr Knight's appointment. 

Mr. Knight is the founder and CEO of Knight Vinke Asset Management. He has over 25 years of corporate finance and investment experience.

Mr. Knight has a BA (Hons.) degree in Economics from Cambridge University and an MSc in Management degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management.
