CARETECH HOLDINGS PLC ('CareTech' or the 'Company')
Director appointment
Following the announcement made on 15 October that David Spink, Finance Director, will be retiring in December 2008, the Board of CareTech is pleased to announce that David Pugh, has been appointed to the Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect. Following David Spink's retirement at the end of the month, David Pugh will become Finance Director.
The following disclosures are made in accordance with the AIM Rules.
