Director Appointment

Cloudified is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Proctor as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. It is intended that Rob will be appointed to the role of CEO on completion of the proposed Reverse Take Over.

Robert acted as Chief Executive of Audioboom, an AIM listed technology company, between 2012 to 2019. Prior to this, he was COO of US Social Media platform Reality Digital, Inc. for four years, with clients such as Sony Pictures, YouTube, MTV and ITV. He was also Senior Vice-President International for Adify Corporation, a US provider of online advertising to networks and advertising agencies. From 1996 to 2001, he was founder and CEO at Simply Internet Limited which he grew to be one of the world's largest public internet access companies employing over 700 people.

As required under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) or Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, further disclosures on Robert Proctor are as follows:

Robert Proctor owns no ordinary shares or options in the Company.
