Director Appointment

BOS GLOBAL Holdings Limited ("BOS GLOBAL" or "the Company") (AIM: BOS), the software developer focused on improving productivity and creating operational efficiencies in the workplace by collecting and generating workforce analytics, is pleased to announce that Mr. Michael Wilczynski was yesterday appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Wilczynski's appointment follows the recent appointments of Mr. Marcus Yeoman (see RNS of 27 December 2017) and Mr. Will Giles (see RNS of 2 January 2018). Following the appointment of Mr. Wilczynski, the Board now contains the minimum number of directors fixed by the constitution, being a total of three (3).

Michael Wilczynski is a chartered accountant based in Adelaide, Australia, with commercial and financial experience, specialising in end to end enterprise-resource planning ("ERP") and the automation of business processes, particularly innovative technologies that help to reduce double handling whilst improving clarity within a business. Michael is a founding director and partner in Accodex Partners, a multi-faceted cloud solutions specialist and advisory and accounting business offering services across taxation, accounting, business advisory, practice management and business development.

Prior to founding Accodex, Michael commenced his career at William Buck, where he assisted hundreds of clients with their businesses within the areas of Business Advisory, taxation services and audit & assurance before moving to Osmoflo, a global desalination and wastewater treatment company, as their Finance and Systems Accountant. While working at Osmoflo, Mike also founded and became the managing partner of National Accounts, an accounting firm that offers personalised accounting for small to medium enterprises. During this time, Mike was heavily involved with the Startup Adelaide programme, where he volunteered to assist with the development of the programme's strategy as well as being appointed its Independent Auditor.

Mr. Michael Zygmunt Wilczynski, aged 32, currently holds or has held the following directorships and partnerships over the last five years:

Mr. Wilczynski holds 4,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares in BOS GLOBAL held indirectly in the name of National Accounts Pty Ltd ATF Bluerock Ventures Trust.

Except as disclosed in this announcement, neither the Company nor Mr. Wilczynski are aware of any further disclosures that are required in respect of the appointment of Mr. Michael Zygmunt Wilczynski under Rule 17 or paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
