RAKESH SHARMA APPOINTED AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF PAYPOINT PLC
Ultra announces that Rakesh Sharma, Ultra's Chief Executive, will join the Board of Paypoint plc as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit and Nomination Committees with effect from 12 May 2017.
There are no other disclosures required in relation to LR9.6.14.
