PTSG, the niche specialist services provider, is pleased to confirm that all resolutions put to shareholders at its Annual General Meeting on 19 June 2017 were duly passed.

It was also announced at the AGM that Roger McDowell has decided to step down from the Board with effect from 31 July 2017 for family reasons. A replacement non-executive director will be announced during the summer months. John Foley, Chairman, commented "Roger Joined the Board when PTSG was admitted to AIM, I would like to thank him for his contribution to the business during its first years on AIM.
