eServGlobal (LSE: ESG.L & ASX: ESV.AX), a pioneering digital transactions technology company, announces that further to the announcement released on 27 September 2018, the Company is pleased to announce the re-appointment of Jamie Brooke as Non-Executive Director to the Board of eServGlobal with immediate effect. The Company is also pleased to announce that Matt Richardson has been appointed as joint Company Secretary alongside Tom Rowe.

Jamie Brooke

Mr Brooke is an employee of Lombard Odier Investment Managers, a significant shareholder in the Company and previously sat on the Board between 2010 and 2013. Lombard Odier has been a long term supportive shareholder of eServGlobal and the Board believes that having the experience of Jamie on the board will be a significant benefit to the Company with regard to both the HomeSend JV and ensuring value realisation of the core business.

Jamie was founder and lead Portfolio Manager for the 1798 Volantis Catalyst Funds I & II and also leads the team's active engagement capability. Jamie has over ten years of quoted small-cap experience alongside ten years of private equity and venture capital experience at 3i and Quester. Mr. Brooke is an ACA Chartered Accountant, has a Mathematics degree from Oxford University and an Internet & Telecommunications MSC from UCL.

Matt Richardson

Matt qualified as a solicitor at Olswang in 2002 and has over fifteen years' in-house legal experience in the telecoms and media industries. He joined eServGlobal as General Counsel in 2011 after five years as Legal Counsel & Company Secretary at Pinewood Shepperton plc. He holds a BA Hons Philosophy, Graduate Diploma Law and a degree in Sport and Recreation Management.

The following disclosures are required regarding Mr Brooke's appointment pursuant to Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

At the date of this announcement, Mr Brooke does not have any beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Group. Lombard Odier Investment Managers, Mr Brooke's employer, holds 270,265,286 ordinary shares in the Company via the fund which is managed by Mr Brooke, representing 22.7% of the Company's issued share capital.

Save for the disclosures above, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
