Share interests

On 25 January 2017, the Directors and PDMRs acquired the following interests in Jackpotjoy plc shares in exchange for their shares then held in The Intertain Group Limited, on a one for one basis, which interests have not changed from the expected interests of the Directors and PDMRs in Jackpotjoy plc shares disclosed in the Company's prospectus published on 20 January 2017:

Share options

On 25 January 2017, all outstanding share options granted by The Intertain Group Limited were exchanged for options over Jackpotjoy plc shares on a one for one basis and subject to the same vesting and, where applicable, performance conditions.

The exercise price for the awards was converted into pounds sterling using the rate published by the Bank of Canada from noon on 25 January 2017, being the date the plan of arrangement between Intertain and the Company became effective. Otherwise there has been no change to the directors' total options as described in the prospectus dated 20 January 2017 or the PDMRs' total options as at that date.

The following options were granted to Directors and PDMRs under the Jackpotjoy Share Option Plan in exchange for options previously granted under The Intertain Group Limited Share Option Plan.
