29 December 2006 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or "the Company") Director and other shareholdings in the Company

iPoint, a provider of 3G/IP video interactive application platforms, has been notified that Efraim Sagi Investments Ltd., a company which is wholly owned by Efraim Sagi, non-executive chairman of the Company, has purchased 2,550,954 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 7.9p each, equivalent to 2.79 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, which represents his entire interest in the capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified that two shareholders of the Company, Cornell Capital Partners, LP ("Cornell") and NeoMedia Technologies Inc. ("NeoMedia"), have disposed of 7,573,975 and 12,875,609 Shares, respectively. Both Cornell and Neomedia no longer have a notifiable interest in the Company.

The holdings set out above represent the respective parties' entire interests in the capital of the Company.
