Director Acquisition of Shares
Centamin was today advised pursuant to DTR 3.1.2R, by Mr M Bankes, a director of the Company, that he acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 19 May 2014 at a price of 61.8 pence per share. The transaction occurred on the London Stock Exchange.
The total shareholding for Mr Bankes is now 150,000 ordinary shares or 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
