Digitek Loan Note Holders Meeting

PeerTV plc (AIM:PTV), announces that at the meeting of secured loan noteholders of its subsidiary Digitek SMT Assemblies Limited ("Digitek") convened earlier today, the resolution regarding the proposed restructuring of Digitek was not approved by 75% majority required with only 73.1% of votes cast being in favour of the resolution. Digitek is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of Digitek Holdings Limited ("DHL") which is 64.1% owned by PeerTV. 

The Company will now consider the options available to them. A further announcement will be made in due course.
