DFG replaces proxy on the Board of bankmuscat

Dubai Financial Group decides to replace its proxy on the Board of bank muscat.

Bank Muscat would like to inform the market, that Dubai Financial Group, one of the bank's principal shareholders and a corporate director, has nominated Mr. Khalid Nassir Al Shamsi to replace Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Qassim, it's proxy on the Board of Directors of the bank. Mr. Khalid Nassir Al Shamsi, a replacement proxy for Dubai Financial Group on the Board of Directors will be appointed in due course following Board's and regulatory approvals.
