In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive Deutsche Bank AG of Frankfurt notified the company on 28 September 2007 that as at 27 September 2007 it held voting rights in respect of 9,775,561 shares which represented 3.02% of the issued share capital of Bodycote International plc on that day (less than 3% on 27 April 2007).
