In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive Deutsche Bank AG of Frankfurt notified the company on 6 September 2007 that as at 5September 2007 it held voting rights representing less than 3% of the issued share capital of Bodycote International plc on that day (3.03% on 27 April 2007).
