In accordance with their obligations under the Transparency Directive Deutsche Bank AG of Frankfurt notified the company after close of business on 30 November 2007 that as at 29 November 2007 it held voting rights in respect of less than 3% of the issued share capital of Bodycote International plc on that day (3.02% on 27 September 2007).
