Despatch of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Coal of Africa Limited, the coal exploration, development and mining company operating in South Africa and traded on the ASX, AIM and JSE, announces that the Integrated Report (Annual Report) for the financial year ended 30 June 2014, Notice of the Annual General Meeting and accompanying proxy for the meeting to be held on 28 November 2014 have today been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company`s website www.coalofafrica.com.
