DELISTING REQUEST NOTICE TO SECURITYHOLDERS

under its Secured ETC Precious Metal Linked Securities Programme
in relation to its
Series 3 Xtrackers Physical Silver ETC (ISIN: GB00B57Y9462),
Series 5 Xtrackers Physical Platinum ETC (ISIN: GB00B57GJC05) and
Series 7 Xtrackers Physical Palladium ETC (ISIN: GB00B5VYVZ75)
(the “Securities”)
We hereby refer to the Securities issued by the Issuer and its Final Terms. Capitalised terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions of the Securities as set out in the Base Prospectus of the Issuer dated 26 April 2021.
The Issuer hereby gives notice that the Issuer shall apply to (i) the UKLA to cancel the listing of the Securities on the Official List and (ii) the London Stock Exchange to cancel the Securities’ admission to trading on its regulated market, in each case with effect from 14 September 2021.
A copy of this notice has also been delivered to the Programme Counterparty and each of the Transaction Parties.
Notices to Securityholders are validly delivered to the Clearing System(s) for communication by the Clearing System(s) to the Securityholders.
If you are not the ultimate beneficial holder in respect of the Securities, or if you have recently disposed of the Securities, please forward this notice to the ultimate beneficial holder or purchaser respectively.
