Delisting of Tatung Company GDRs from London Stock Exchange

Tatung Company ("TATUNG" or the "Company"),an

electric machinery company, submitted below report to the Taiwan

Stock Exchange ("TWSE") through the market observation post system

("MOPS") on November 11, 2021.

Till October 29, 2021, the outstanding GDR issued by TATUNG on the

London Stock Exchange were 7 units (representing 146 common shares).

In order to lower the relevant management costs, the

Board of Directors resolved to terminate the GDR program and

deposit agreement.

The securities to which the cancellation of listing and trading will relate

are the Regulation S and Rule 144A GDRs (ISIN Code: US8766614064

for Reg S, and US8766613074 for 144a).
