Delisting of Quintain ordinary shares

Further to the announcement issued on 25 September 2015, the cancellation of listing of Quintain's ordinary shares of 25 pence each (Quintain Shares) on the premium listing segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the cancellation of trading in Quintain Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities is now expected to take effect on or shortly after 8.00 a.m. (London time) on 26 October 2015 (rather than on the original anticipated date of cancellation of 23 October 2015).
