Delisting of CULS

In light of the final conversion date of the Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2019 ("CULS") issued by BMO Global Smaller Companies PLC (the "Company") being 31 July 2019, the Company intends at that date to notify the FCA and the London Stock Exchange accordingly, with regard to subsequent delisting the CULS from the Official List.

The Company is expecting to announce the results of the final conversion on 1 August 2019.
