Confirmation of delisting from The International Stock Exchange

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 21 August 2017 detailing that it had applied to The International Stock Exchange Authority Limited ("TISEA") for the cancellation of its dual listing of ordinary shares ("Shares") on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange Authority Limited (the "TISE Listing"), the Company confirms that the cancellation of the TISE Listing took effect from 7am today, 22 September 2017.

The Shares will continue to be admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trade on the Premium Segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
