Delisting of Hammerson plc shares from NYSE Euronext Paris

Following changes to the SIIC regime which mean that it is no longer a regulatory requirement to have a listing on a domestic stock exchange, Hammerson plc ("Hammerson") has decided to apply for the delisting of its shares from NYSE Euronext Paris (ISIN code GB0004065016), due in part to the low volume of transactions in Paris. This application has been approved by the Board of Euronext Paris SA.

The delisting of Hammerson shares on NYSE Euronext Paris has no impact on Hammerson's day-to-day operations in France, where the Company continues to have an active presence.
