Delay in Settlement of Dividend Payments
The Company has been informed by its registrar, Link Asset Services (Link) that, due to a technical systems issue, the settlement of the dividend payment for Q4 2019 has been delayed. The relevant funds are currently held in Link's settlement account and Link have confirmed to the Company that it is working to rectify this processing issue as a matter of urgency. It is anticipated that the relevant payments to shareholders should settle on Wednesday 1 April 2020.
The Board apologises to shareholders for any inconvenience this delay may cause.
