Delay in publication of Interim Financial Statements

Ramat Gan, Israel, 29 September 2016

The Company hereby announces that it will not be able to publish its interim financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2015 (the “Interim Financial Statements”) by 30 September 2016, as it is required to do by the Listing Rules and the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The ongoing investigation regarding the status of certain deposits held with Meinl Bank and the International Bank of Azerbaijan means that the Company’s auditors are unable to complete their review of the Interim Financial Statements.

Trading in the Company’s shares remains suspended pending the publication of the annual financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2015 (the “Annual Financial Statements”), as previously reported on 29 April 2016.

The Company is continuing to do all it can in order to arrange for the publication of the Annual Financial Statements and the Interim Financial Statements as soon as possible and will provide further updates.
