(the "Company") dated 23 December 2014 (the "Announcements") in relationto the Framework Agreement of Sale of Natural Gas, the Sale and Purchase Contractof Chemical Products (Keqi), the purchase of Chemical Products under the Sale andPurchase Contract of Chemical Products (Duolun) and the Fuel Purchase FrameworkAgreement (the "Agreements"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used inthis announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements. As stated in the Announcements, a circular (the "Circular") containing details ofthe Agreements, a letter from the independent board committee and a letter from theindependent financial advisor of the Company, both advising the terms of theAgreements, is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before16 January 2015. As the Company requires additional time to finalise certain information for inclusionin the Circular, the despatch date of the Circular is expected to be postponed toa date falling on or before 22 January 2015.
