As stated in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among others,details of the Entrusted Loan Agreements, a letter from the independent board committeeand a letter from the independent financial advisor, both advising the terms of theEntrusted Loan Agreements, is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on orbefore 20 November 2014. As the Company requires additional time to finalise certain information for inclusionin the Circular, the despatch date of the Circular will be postponed to a date fallingon or before 1 December 2014.
