Unless otherwise defined,capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined inthe Announcement. As stated in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among others, detailsof the Capital Contribution Agreement, a letter from the independent board committee and aletter from the independent financial advisor, both advising the terms of the CapitalContribution Agreement, is expected to be despatched to the Shareholders on or before8 July 2014. As the Company requires additional time to finalise certain information for inclusion in theCircular, the despatch date of the Circular will be postponed to a date falling on or before17 July 2014.
