Deferred Bonus Plan
Further to its announcement of 24 August 2020, Phoenix (AIM:PGR; BCBA:PGR), the upstream oil and gas company offering its investors direct exposure to Argentina's Vaca Muerta shale formation and other unconventional resources, announces that, of the 1,350,570 ordinary shares transferred to the Phoenix Global Resources Employee Benefit Trust, 276,639 ordinary shares were transferred to persons discharging managerial responsibility to satisfy shares vesting under Phoenix's Deferred Bonus Plan as detailed below:
