Declaration of Interim Dividend

As referred to in the announcement of 17 November 2009, the Board of Hygea VCT plc announces that it has declared an interim dividend of 10p per Ordinary Share payable on 5 March 2010 to Shareholders on the Register on 5 February 2010 (being the Record Date).
