DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND
At the Company's Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 22 June 2011, the following resolution was adopted:
"THAT upon the recommendation of the Directors a final dividend of MK360.6 million representing MK3.00 per share in respect of the year ended 31 December 2010 be and is hereby declared payable on Friday 26 August 2011 to those Shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 22 July 2011."
During the year ended 31st December 2010, an interim dividend of MK200 million representing MK1.66 per share was paid on 27 October 2010.
