Declaration of Final Dividend

DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND

At the Company's Twenty-Ninth Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 26th June 2013, the following resolution was adopted:

"THAT upon the recommendation of the Directors a final dividend of MK420.7 million representing MK3.50 per share in respect of the year ended 31st December 2012 be and is hereby declared payable on Friday 23rd August 2013 to those Shareholders registered in the books of the company as at the close of business on Friday 26th July 2013".

An interim dividend of MK200.0 million representing MK1.66 per share was paid on 26th October 2012. This, plus the final dividend of MK420.7 million, makes a total dividend of MK620.7 million representing MK5.16 per share to be paid to shareholders for the year ended 31st December 2012.
