DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND
At the Company's Twenty-Eighth Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 20 June 2012, the following resolution was adopted:
"THAT upon the recommendation of the Directors a final dividend of MK360.6 million representing MK3.00 per share in respect of the year ended 31st December 2011 be and is hereby declared payable on Friday 24th August 2012 to those Shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 20th July 2012."
During the year ended 31st December 2011, an interim dividend of MK200 million representing MK1.66 per share was paid on 07 October 2011.
