Declaration of Bonus Interim Dividend

Laura Ashley Holdings plc is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors have declared a Bonus Interim Dividend of 1.0 pence per share for the year ended 25 January 2014. This is to show our appreciation to the shareholders for their continued support. The Bonus Interim Dividend will be paid on 10 February 2014 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 31 January 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 29 January 2014.
