The Board of Directors of OJSC LSR Group (LSE: LSRG; MOEX: LSRG) appointed new Chairman of the Board and elected the members of the Board committees.

The Board of Directors of LSR Group appointed new Chairman of the Board - Dmitri Gontcharov and elected the members of the Board committees as follows:
