Report 65/2012: Decision to discontinue proceedings involving announcement of bankruptcy of FPB Media sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") informs that on the day of 13th November 2012, the Bank received information on the decision of the District Court for Warsaw Praga Północ, IX Business Division for bankruptcy and restructuring (file ref. no.: IX GU 83/12) dated 31 October 2012 to discontinue - as a result of the company's withdrawal of request - the proceedings involving the announcement of bankruptcy of FPB Media sp. z o.o. - the Bank's indirect subsidiary.

Legal grounds: §5 Item 1 Section 24 of Resolution of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 in the matter of current and periodical information, provided by issuers of securities and on the terms and conditions of classification as equivalent of information, required by the laws of a non-member state country.
