7.12.2017 - Report 64/2017: Receipt of the information on the issuance by the Polish Financial Stability Committee of an opinion regarding the imposition of the O-SIIs capital buffer

With reference to current report no. 26/2017 dated 29 November 2017, the Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs that on 7 December 2017 the Bank obtained a decision of the Financial Stability Committee ("FSC") dated 1 December 2017 including the FSC's positive opinion on imposing a buffer of other systemically-important institution on the Bank equal to 0.50% of the total risk exposure amount, calculated pursuant to Article 92, item 3 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of 26 June 2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment companies amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012.
