Heathrow debuts in the Australian market with inaugural A$175 million 10-year bond

Heathrow has successfully placed a A$175 million Class A bond maturing in 2028 with a fixed coupon of 4.15%. The transaction marks Heathrow's debut issuance in the Australian market. Entrance into the Australian market forms part of Heathrow's ongoing strategy to diversify its funding sources ahead of expansion.

The bond priced at fixed rate of 4.15%, in line with price guidance and proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The transaction further strengthens Heathrow's liquidity horizon, now extended to December 2020.
