Greene King plc announces that it has purchased, in a recent market transaction, £7.0m nominal value of the Greene King Finance plc £115,000,000 Class B2 Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2036 (the "Notes"). It is the intention of the Company to arrange cancellation of the Notes in due course.
