Debt Refinancing update
On 20th April 2011 Northgate plc, the UK and Spain's leading specialist in light commercial vehicle hire, announced the successful signing of a comprehensive debt refinancing package for the Group.
All conditions precedent, including the receipt of funds from the Prudential/M&G UK Companies Financing Fund, have now been satisfied and the refinancing has therefore become effective.
